Game is simply not giving up on dissing Meek Mill. He not only released Pest Control, which is likely be the 2nd most publicized diss record of 2016 (2nd only to Drake’s Meek Mill diss turned single “Back to Back”), but now has released a WorldStar Hip Hip Exclusive visual to throw gas on the flame. He also bought out every advertising spot at the top of the popular video site, and although the platinum selling artist can clearly afford it, this was not a cheap stunt.
At this point it appears that Game is taking a page from his former mentor 50 Cent’s book, exploit all beef and seek to end it completely. Pest Control is ultimately a diss record chronicling the progression of a spout between Game and Meek Mill after Game accused Meek Mill of snitching about an alleged club robbery of r&b singer Sean Kingston. It has grown to include other artists such as Philadelphia representative Beenie Sigel, and even received some effort from Hip Hop Mogul Russel Simmons to squash it all (that was a no-go).
Hopefully this beef stays on wax, but one thing is for sure, Hip Hop is built on battles and disagreements. This is just one of many to come!
